As Klaus grasped the back of the dead Waltzer suit, he was regaining himself knowing this would be a dirty job and he had to be prepared for anything to come. He dragged the body on the ground leaving a bloody stained path with the two feet dragging behind. Klaus, Marcus, and Lelo arrived at the Fighting Phils and were waiting for Brother Patrick. The same two guards were there at the gate, Terry and another guard that Klaus didn’t care for. He kept asking questions about what was their plan. As Klaus started some small talk Brother Patrick, Mayor Twarld, and Bernie were soon in the sight.

The guards put their hands on their guns as they saw the Mayor and Bernie. Klaus made it apparent to the guards that he put his hand on his pistol to make sure they wouldn’t do anything stupid.
As the Mayor approached Klaus was intently focusing on Terry, studying him so at any twitch Klaus would unload his clip into Terry and the other guard. Terry’s face relaxed and Klaus was drawn back into reality with Terry saying something about knowing the Mayor. Klaus suggested that they go to meet Eugene Gumble because that is the entire reason Klaus’s duster was soaked in blood and parts of brain matter and blood were on him.
Klaus picked up the body and followed Terry into the complex. Eugene was happy to see the group’s return and was even more ecstatic to see Klaus holding a dead Waltzers. Eugene motioned for Klaus to come over with the body and Klaus dropped it near Gumble. Gumble took his hammer and started to mangle the corpse by breaking the knees and arms and then using the nail puller part of the hammer to start hitting and digging into the chest of the dead corpse.
Marcus spoke up and asked for a train to Madison, but before Gumble answered Marcus he looked at the Mayor and asked what he was doing here. Klaus put his hand down to his side and then he noticed that the Mayor and Gumble were smiling. Apparently this town is full of crooked men everywhere. Gumble then turned and looked at Bernie and asked what he was doing here. Bernie’s anxiousness was apparent as he stood back and started to question everything that was going on here. Klaus had no care for Bernie, so he tried to quickly draw his pistol and kill Bernie. Before he could do that though, Bernie knocked the gun out of Klaus’ hand. Gumble interrupted the moment by talking and giving Bernie a deal. Bernie had two choices either shut up and live or die instantly. Bernie appeared to be frozen by the chaos in the room so he lived now. Klaus knew the mayor needed and wanted Bernie.
So Klaus asked Gumble, “Can Bernie come on the train?”
Gumble asked, “Can he be trusted?”
Klaus said, “Yes.”
As Gumble led the group out of the back door Klaus picked up his gun. He looked at it as he put it in his holster. He wouldn’t miss next time if Bernie acted out of his place. As Klaus walked through the back door there were hundreds of Fighting Phil men just sitting in the train station. The train station was old and dingy. The air was thick with oil and body odor. As Klaus caught up to the group he noticed that all of the Fighting Phil men were looking at them. Gumble’s voice broke the silence and assured the men that the group was his friends. The men turned back and kept passing the time with their games.

Gumble showed the group to the back car. He said it was the nicest car as well. After all Gumble called him his friends.
As the group was in the last train car the Mayor looked at Klaus and asked him why he shot at Bernie.

Klaus answered, “I didn’t want any trouble or anyone else dying.”
Bernie started whimpering like a little child, “Please don’t kill me. I don’t want to die. Are you going to kill me?”
Gumble’s voice broke the mood in the room as he was talking about how he ran against the Mayor and was very bitter about losing. He also talked about a very special guest named Curtis.
Gumble said, “Curtis is like a guerilla. Oh there are also some crooked Waltzers that I’m doing a favor for.”
As the train started to go there were screams coming from the car ahead of them. Marcus tried to crack the window at the first scream. The Mayor started to freak out and cower behind everyone. Klaus was watching as he saw shadows moving in the car ahead of them. There was one big shadow and Klaus could barely make out it rip a man’s arm off. The screaming was evident though. Marcus tried to break the window again and failed again. Gumble’s voice came over the speakers again saying how he was going to eat and how he hoped the group would enjoy Curti’s company. As Gumble voice stopped, some strange music came over the speakers and was playing.

The large shadow started banging on the door infront of them. The Mayor ran to the back of the train saying “Shit.” Marcus tried again to open the window and only cracked it. Klaus, Bernie, Lelo, and Patrick readied up. The was ripped apart from them and there emerged Curis the guerilla.
